Sara Rowe
Sara is a Learning and Development specialist and has overall responsibility for Recruit to Retain’s Performance Development and Search and Selection offering, as well as Key Account Management.
Sara began her career with the Wellcome Foundation in South Africa where she was involved in the creation and delivery of innovative management development programmes. Before leaving South Africa, she spent two years working in the civil engineering industry, developing programmes that would increase skills instruction standards in the industry
On her return to the UK, she joined Coopers & Lybrand, introducing new streams of learning and development, before moving into sales and product development with Video Arts Ltd., the training film company set up by John Cleese. During the last 15 years, Sara has been Director of Training for H W Fisher & Co, Client Partner for Catalyst Development Change Consultancy and Director of her own business, The Rowe Partnership Ltd.
Her area of expertise is in the creation, development and implementation of personal and professional development programmes that focus on behavioural change. She has designed and delivered programmes for many leading businesses in the professional services sector, extensively in financial services and media organisations. During the last two years, Sara has broadened her skills to include personal and performance coaching.
She is a member of the CIPD and holds an IPM qualification in Management Development. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and is licensed to use the MBTI, LIFO and SDI psychometric instruments.
