Coaching Conversations

We know coaching is one of the most powerful ways of accelerating performance, triggering motivation, generating innovation, developing talent and bringing about behavioural change - that's why we use it extensively with our clients. We also recognise that organisations want their managers to be able to coach their people and realise these very same benefits. So we have condensed our experience and expertise into a blended learning programme, designed specifically for managers.

Coaching Conversations is not about turning managers into coaches. It's about giving managers practical skills and a simple process to use when the opportunity for coaching arises during the course of working life. It's a flexible, blended learning programme which:

Demonstrates that coaching can deliver results quickly Embeds learning in a practical and powerful cost-effective way Is firmly rooted in the day to day realities of managing people Is available in three formats to suit your organisation's needs and constraints:

A comprehensive two-day face to face workshop -supported by three online follow up sessions and the Coaching Conversations website

An intensive one-day face to face workshop -supported by five online follow up sessions and the Coaching Conversations website

Online sessions consist of:


Live, facilitated group sessions using the latest web conferencing technology Structured practice sessions with other participants Web based feedback and review sessions following practice in the work place A downloadable library of materials for self-directed learning Video demonstrations of skills and processes Assessment of achievement by trained and accredited coaches

Programmes are offered for in-house delivery and can be tailored to reflect your organisation's culture and working practices. The ideal group size for all programmes is between 12 and 15 participants.
