So we offer Entry Coaching, our unique methodology that gets people delivering results quickly and productively. Entry Coaching is available either as an integral part of our overall service or as a stand alone for those who have been recently hired, promoted or transferred

How it works

Together and with reference to the hiring manager, the new employee and their dedicated Entry Coach identify the challenges the new role brings and set outcomes in three key areas:

The coach and client have regular sessions, by telephone or face to face, during the first 100 days. These sessions are focused on achieving the agreed outcomes, providing a valuable mentor and sounding board for the new employee, thus reducing the isolation that can adversely impact anyone coming into a new environment.
