Supporting a role change through Entry Coaching

Entry Coaching was used to enable a senior creative specialist in the fashion industry to adapt to a new role as a people manager. She had reached the top of her career as a designer and relationship builder and needed to bring the next generation on to ensure the future success of the business.

Initially, she found the people management of a team of creatives very challenging. Our dedicated Entry Coach helped her focus on her key deliverables and at the same time develop a high performing team through delegation, coaching and communication.

She particularly valued having an external sounding board with whom to share concerns and work through issues in a supportive way. In a highly time pressured environment, the ability to conduct telephone coaching sessions was efficient and effective.
